开心就好，不要想你有病 Just be happy, don't keep thinking about your illness

Our senior participant, Mdm Liaw attends O'Joy's Health Oriented Ageing (HOA) activities everyday. She contracted cancer of the large intestine few years back. After surgery and chemotherapy, she has recovered. Undaunted by the colorectal bag she has to carry, she came back to participate in our HOA activities. Her motto is "Don't worry, be happy".

We wish happy and healthy ageing for all seniors.
