Fees & Referrals
Initial assessment and service linkage is free of charge. Further interventions such as counselling and clinical case management is chargeable.
For Singapore citizens or permanent residents:
The first session is for assessment purposes and is free of charge (applicable only for clients new to O’Joy).
The actual amount of fees to be collected for subsequent sessions will be determined by the counsellor during the first session.
For subsequent sessions, counselling fees are chargeable as follows:
During office hours (8 am – 5.30 pm): Fees for each session ranges from $80 to $180. Subsidies can be made available depending on your financial situation.
For clients who are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents:
The counselling fee is $180 per session including the first session.
The counselling fee is collected at the end of each session. Payments can be made via PayNow, cash or cheque.
Cancellation and Missed session policy (for centre-based sessions only):
Since the scheduling of an appointment involved the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. If you arrive late for your session, we will still be required to finish at the scheduled time.
