Frequently asked questions
01.
Is O'Joy affiliated to any religious organisation?
No, we are an independent non-profit organisation set up and managed by professionals, most of whom are from the social service and aged care industry. We serve all religions, races, and dialects.
02.
Does O'Joy receive any government funding or grants?
Yes, funding for our main programmes comes from various Government agencies such as the Ministry of Health (MOH), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) (Tote Board Healthcare Fund) and National Council for Social Service (NCSS) (Tote Board Social Service Fund).
03.
Why does O'Joy still need to fundraise?
Our services and programmes are only partially funded by Government agencies. Therefore we still need to fundraise to sustain these services to our beneficiaries.
04.
